Hi! I am so glad you’re here! My name is Victoria and I am owner and founder of the viral commercial kitchen, Redeemed Sweets. I bake out of a commercially licensed and insured kitchen in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. I started this business as a home bakery when it opened in 2023. In June of 2025, I moved into the kitchen I bake out of now.
While I may be a one woman operation, I take pride and responsibility in baking everything in my kitchen from scratch. Cakes, cookies, brownies and more! Sugar, real butter, flour, that’s it. Simple and real ingredients, no boxed cake mixes here!
