Celebrate Mom with a Light & Elegant Mother’s Day Treat
Our signature Mother’s Day sponge cakes are designed for those who appreciate a delicate balance. This is a light, airy sponge and dreamy buttercream frosting tucked between layers, leaving the sides natural to highlight the cake’s golden texture and the beautiful design. It’s the perfect centerpiece for a brunch or afternoon tea—sophisticated, flavorful, and a balanced light and sweet delight.
Choose Your Design and Size:
There are two designs and two sizes to choose from! The designs are displayed below, and the cakes are available in a 6′ inch double layer and an 8′ double layer cake.
The sponge cake is a double layered, hand piped vanilla sponge cake with a creamy buttercream between layers. You can also add freshly sliced strawberries or blueberries in between your cake layers! Our buttercream frosting is the perfect pairing with this light and airy sponge cake. Sweet, but not too sweet.
A 6′ inch cake will feed between 6-10 people depending on the slice size
A 8′ inch cake will feed between 14-20 people depending on the slice size

Pickup Date and Location:
Pickup will be on Saturday, May 9th. There will be morning and afternoon pickup times available. Once an order is placed, you will receive the pickup address and pickup time options via email a few days before. They will be packaged and ready to go to gift, take with you to brunch, or drop off to the special mom in your life.
